HOW DOES SOCKS MANUFACTURING WORK?

In essence, the custom sock manufacturing process is relatively straightforward:

You provide a sock design, and we turn it into actual socks.

However, on the sock production end, as a sock manufacturing factory, we must consider various factors, including:

  • Yarn selection, ensuring accurate yarn color, and managing knitting machine needles.
  • Sock sizes, weight, and production lead time.
  • Quality inspection of the socks.
  • Packaging and private labeling of the socks.
  • Considerations for import tax and VAT.
  • Coordination of international delivery, among other factors.
